An opportunity has arisen for a Hire Controller to join our friendly & knowledgeable team at Anglian Plant in our depot in Rackheath, NR13.

Job Description
The Hire Desk offers a fast paced and varied role which is an integral part of operations. Working on the front line of sales & customer service you will be responsible for catering for our clients needs whilst liaising with internal departments ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
This will involve taking orders/advising on equipment you deem suitable, on hiring, off hiring and scheduling transport.
We are a customer service focused business so would expect any candidate to be able to demonstrate this skill at an excellent level.
Experience is beneficial although not essential. We value attitude over experience.
Responsibilities & Duties include
- Liaising with customers and suppliers via. phone, email & face to face
- Accurately inputting to our CRM any quotes, hires, off hires etc
- Liaising with the service department regarding assets to fulfil hires ensuring best possible utilisation
- Scheduling transport and communicating with drivers regarding deliveries/collections
- Understanding our fleet inventory and maximising revenue opportunities
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times
Skills & Experience
- A positive can-do attitude & confident in sales & customer service
- Attention to detail & accuracy whilst working under pressure
- T Skills (word, excel), training for in-house CRM provided
Role Details
- Permanent & full Time position
- 07:30 – 17:30 Mon-Fri
- Immediate start date
- Three-month trial
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

- £33,000 – £35,000 pa depending on experience
